This event, hosted by the Career Discovery Group at UC Davis, is called “Meet the Professionals.” It is a fun opportunity to share how you arrived in your field or position, and the “day to day” information of your career. You’ll be speaking informally with first-year students hungry for information about life after college. This activity is a great learning experience for the students and should be enjoyable for the professionals, too. The format will be in a “Career Speed Networking” structure with small groups of students rotating every ten minutes. There will be about 100 students and 15-30 professionals.
