We have had an annual bat program at the Nature Center for almost 20 years, with several different presenters. This will be the 9th year that Corky Quirk, from NorCal Bats, has visited us. It is always informational, entertaining and is our most popular program. You may think you’ve heard all there is about these misunderstood critters but Corky always brings some new bits of information.
Everyone seems to enjoy singing the echolocation song and watching her little bats nosh down on meal worms. Yum!
