This annual event celebrates the return of native Chinook salmon to their spawning grounds in the Lower Putah Creek in Winters, CA! This year’s celebration will also honor the 25th anniversary of the historic Putah Creek Accord, which created minimum streamflows for Putah Creek and set about the restoration of portions of the creek and encouraging the return of native salmon.
This year’s Winters Salmon Festival will be held on Saturday, November 1st, 2025 from 11am-4pm at Rotary Park in Winters, Ca.
